Web View Receipting - When are multiple PDF receipt templates becoming available?

University of Otago has two different BBMS accounts, and each require a different tax number. Until Web View Receipting allows for multiple PDF receipt templates, we will need to continue using NetCommunity. In the short term, Otago can use one account for an NXT Donation form and configure receipts for that tax number, until functionality releases to allow for multiple PDF templates.

Which is a real nuisance and I forgot to ask this at the recent Product Briefing! Thank you, Louise

There are off-the-shelf product (app) you can connect to your RE NXT to allow for multiple templates. Free version is available with limited features, while paid one have more features. You can go to marketplace to search for this.

You can also DIY your own eReceipting via Power Automate and SKY API, which has a learning curve, but is a great learning experience and investment to enhance your CRM/DB role in your organization.

@Alex Wong yes, there are at least a couple of entries in the BB Marketplace but I know one of them has a built in template editor and the solution can process multiple templates in one session as long as what you are processing are all one kind, i.e., receipts or acknowledgements, or soft credits, or tributes, etc.
