Creating name tags

Hi All. New to the events module and have a quick question. After I have all the participants that are attending, is there a simple way to pull a list so I can create name tags? I would need their First, Maiden, Last name and class year on the name badge. Appreciate the help for this newbie to events! Thank you!

@Jolynn Uyehara nametags were the bane of my existence when I was working with a high school.

I think the most efficient way is to do a participant query and export. If a participant is linked to a constituent record, you'll be able to access the fields you are looking for, assuming they exist on that record. We always exported to Excel and merged into a nametag template that we designed. It was not worth setting up the nametag in the event module and trying to export and merge that.

@Jolynn Uyehara I ended up creating a separate salutation for all alumnae at my former org since we needed them often. It was just easier than trying to pull the various fields in a query. Plus pulling the class year was easier to just drop into the salutation. Then, like Karen said, run a query and export. we used Avery online for all of our nametags and kept templates that we would reuse.
