Upload an existing batch

Creating a new batch, I can't upload previous batches to use the criteria already set. I have tried everything.

@Lindsey Tritt Am I correct in assuming you are clicking on Load from Existing Batch under fields, and it's not working? Is the Load from Existing Batch button greyed out? The most common reason I've seen for that is having data already in a gift line (started entering a gift and then realized I want to change the fields.) If it's not greyed out, and it's just not doing anything, then that may be a call to support!
