Using Dashboard Builder to show where students enter and leave?

I was asked to give a report on what grade our graduates (8th grade) enter our school. I have an advanced report that sort of does that. The difficulty is I can't get the enroll and depart date to come out on same line since they are different school year records. Then I expanded to when student who don't graduate came in and left. I am wondering if anyone has built something like this in Dashboard Builder?
