I am fairly new to RE NXT web but am used to CRM systems. Is there a way that I can change all the primary email addresses to just Email rather than all the other ones they have been put under?
@Jeannette Longworthyou will need to use RE dbview and export all the email with its import id (email/phone import id helps you identify specific email/phone record to make change to). then use the Admin > Import function to update them all.

@Jeannette LongworthBlackbaud does have classes that teach db admin task like global change and import. you will have to search in Blackbaud Campus (or University, whatever BB call it now)
