Global changes on RE NXT

I am fairly new to RE NXT web but am used to CRM systems. Is there a way that I can change all the primary email addresses to just Email rather than all the other ones they have been put under?

you will need to use RE dbview and export all the email with its import id (email/phone import id helps you identify specific email/phone record to make change to). then use the Admin > Import function to update them all.

Blackbaud does have classes that teach db admin task like global change and import. you will have to search in Blackbaud Campus (or University, whatever BB call it now)
