Fund Query - relationships

Hello! I am working on a query for our scholarship funds. When we establish a new scholarship fund, I create the ID, and sometimes I have relationship contacts to add at the time, but sometimes I don't. I'm now trying to run a query that would give me the scholarships that have no “Scholarship Contacts” established in the relationship, so that we can go back and add them. I've tried using a query with the fund IDs and the relationship operator “blank,” but nothing comes up, and I know there are at least a couple of funds that don't have this relationship established, but I don't want to miss any. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can run this query?

  • @Kim Henry, try to find the relationship blank in the output. Also, a relationship can be individual or organizational. Try changing that in the criteria field separately and examine the output.

  • @Payal Sen - hmmm… I'm not seeing Relationship Blank in the output tab. In this case, I haven't tied any constituent to the fund for a relationship (individual or organizational - I actually only have one or two at the most that has an organizational relationship). I know that there has to be away to do this without looking up each fund but if that is what I need to do, then I will.

  • @Payal Sen, so the relationship records are all non - non-constituent's?
