How to get relevant data from API's (lke connecting different API's)

Hi , I am building a dashboard in tableau, from blackbaud API data to get funding from different sources, how much has been allocated till now and how much has been spent on different activities for a particular fundcode. How can I get relevent data from finance edge or raiser edge API. Like funding amount allocated for a particular grant. How much we received till now and how much is spent from each grant. I am getting individual API's like grant, funding, expenses., but unable to get expenses from a particular grant.
