Do you have upgrades on the brain??


Seems like everyone is planning for an upgrade, working on an upgrade, or anticipating the next release these days!  In an effort to personalize the experience, we are bringing a new series of updates to the CRM Community (www.blackbaud.com/bbcrm).


The Blackbaud Upgrades team (Joe Price, Emily Carpenter, and Michael Butler), will be sharing insights and news about upgrades as more and more of us move to version 3.0 and start looking forward to version 4.0.


You can subscribe to the Upgrades board in the community for regular updates from the team – and they’ll be monitoring the topic closely, so feel free to engage them in discussions and post questions, even if you’re not quite ready to begin the formal upgrade process!


You can find our Upgrades and Releases board in the CRM Community, by going to Forums > Upgrades.  First time users may be prompted for a login – just use your Blackbaud.com username and password.
