BBIS Features Released In SP11

I'm thrilled to announce the release of  BBIS 4.0 Service Pack 11. It is now available on the downloads page of blackbaud.com.

 

Alongside all the CRM goodness included in Service Pack 11, it also addresses 25 defects and includes 9 value adding features for BBIS.

 

Highlights of Service Pack 11 include the following BBIS enhancements:

• New event registration form provides a new user experience for your event registrants and incorporates enhancements over the "classic" event registration form that represent over 250 votes from our Ideas Portal. Highly voted enhancements include event preference support and enhanced appeal and campaign integration, among many others! This form lays the foundation for even more event functionality that we plan to add throughout 2017! Click here to watch a 6 minute video overview of the new form.
• Communication preference form redesign is a direct result of feedback from 2015's email discovery. The form has been redesigned for a more explicit opt-in or opt-out experience for your email recipients.
• New  private messaging option on  the directory allows users to contact constituents found through the directory without seeing their private email address. Coinciding with this, the communication preference form now includes options for constituents to opt-out of receiving directory messages.
• reCAPTCHA has been updated to the most recent version. In addition, reCAPTCHA can now be turned on for individual forms that use the Blackbaud Secure Payments page.
