Attention Canadian Blackbaud CRM users, there will be a BBCRM user group at the Blackbaud Toronto office on Wednesday, June 13th 1:00-3:00pm ET. All Canadian BBCRM organizations welcome to join.

• Best practice discussion: database compression for onsite BBCRM customers (general discussion)
• Best practice discussion: around old appeals being applied to revenue during entry (general discussion)
