Further Update On Service Pack 17 - Expected Release Date

Blackbaud CRM 4.0 Service Pack 17 was previously set to release on 7/31, but will instead release during the week of 8/13.  

This change in dates allows for us to resolve an issue introduced in one of the Service Pack 17 changes.  This was a minor issue, and limited in scope.  Resolving it prior to release eliminates the need for a hotfix shortly after the Service Pack release, and provides a higher quality solution.

The planned release dates for the remaining 2018 Service Pack remains unchanged, as SP 18 is still planned for October release.  


Attached is a draft of the SP 17 Release Notes, to allow for early review of the upcoming changes.
