Blackbaud CRM & BBIS SP20 Is Now Available!

We are pleased to announce that the Q2 2019 Release of Blackbaud CRM & BBIS is now available.  Service Pack 20 for version 4.0 released, and is available on the Blackbaud downloads page.  

 
We listened to your feedback and ideas on how we could extend some features you use the most, and implemented significant improvements to derive more value:
 

• Generate Constituent Update Batch – Update constituents in the selection using Constituent Update Batch.
• API Configuration  - Ability to establish API connection.
• Globally Delete Constituent Attributes Based on Attribute Value  -  Added the ability to globally delete a constituent attribute with a specific value.
• Apple Pay for Blackbaud Checkout - Apple Pay is now available to donors as a secure checkout option for BBMS customers in the US and Canada.
• Email Reports about Unengaged Users – New E-mail reports will show data on unengaged recipients.
• Blackbaud Checkout Enhancements
