What has changed?
Blackbaud recently made changes to improve the usability and security of Blackbaud Checkout in BBIS/BBNC. Legacy functionality in Blackbaud Checkout, will no longer be supported by Blackbaud in BBIS or BBNC as of April 1st, 2020.
 
What does this mean?
As of BBIS Service Pack 22 or BBNC 7.2 SP1, all fundraising parts (i.e. those processing revenue) were updated to utilize Blackbaud Checkout enhancements. Older versions of BBIS or BBNC will use the unsupported Blackbaud Checkout.  You can still continue to use Blackbaud Checkout in earlier versions. We will not be building features, testing code updates, or addressing bugs as of April 1st, 2020.
 
What actions do I need to take?
 If you are hosted by Blackbaud then there is no action needed! We’ll take care of it! If not, we strongly encourage upgrade to Service Pack 22 (or R 7.2 for BBNC) to ensure a fully supported Blackbaud Checkout experience.
