Blackbaud CRM & BBIS SP23 Is Now Available!

We are pleased to announce that Service Pack 23 for version 4.0 released today, and is available on the Blackbaud 
downloads page.
 

The Service Pack 23 release contains new capabilities and functionality, along with quality and security improvements.  Some of the new functionality includes:

•  Financial Edge NXT Integration is now available for our Hosted and Cloud Operations customers in the United States 
• BBCRM/Luminate Online Connector updates includes new payment options, ability to synchronize event category for calendar events, ability to turn on partitioning and additional visibility into parameters used for prior synchronizations.

*SP23 includes the initial release of an in-product Financial Edge NXT integration.  During the development of this integration, evolving security standards at Blackbaud led us to revisit the original architecture and design.  The updated design requires the presence of integration components that utilize an authentication mechanism that is not currently supportable for on-premise customers.  As of Service Pack 23, the integration will only be available to Blackbaud Hosting and Cloud Operations customers.  We are currently in the process of investigating alternative integration options for on-premise customers, and will provide updates in the Community as this effort progresses.
