Blackbaud CRM And BBIS Service Pack 31 Is Now Available!

We are pleased to announce that Service Pack 31 is released and available on the Blackbaud downloads page.

The Service Pack 31 release contains new enhancements along with quality improvements. Here are some of the highlights from this service pack:

• An Application User query node is now available in the Constituent query view, enabling querying across constituents and application users. Last login date is also now available in the Application User query node.
• For BBID-enabled environments, the environment name now displays below the Omnibar for users that have access to more than 1 environment.
• For BBID-enabled environments, Org Admins can now establish custom branding for your BBID login screens.
• We now offer a new connector for Blackbaud CRM and Just Giving. For more information, reach out to your customer success manager.
• For BBIS:
  • new enhanced password reset functionality for administrators
  • re-enabled the capability to include User Sign-Up on the Donation Classic part
  • ability to use Blackbaud Secure Payments for eCards, both on the eCard part itself and when using Donation part with eCard option enabled
  • extended the CMS Repair Checkout Transaction Business Process to include the Payment 2.0 shopping cart part
