Blackbaud Internet Solutions - Notice of News Reader part retirement

As of Service Pack 33, Blackbaud Internet Solutions will retire the News Reader part, and it will be removed from the list of available part types. This means that no new instances of this part type can be created. Existing pages using the News Reader part will display a yellow banner indicating that the part has been deprecated.
This also applies to Personal Page Element and Manager parts, and Chapter Page Element and Manager parts which include News Reader. It will display the same deprecation message whether you create a new part/page with the News Reader part configured, or try to access an existing part/page which are already configured to include the News Reader part.
