UPDATE: Upcoming change to log in experience for organization users of Blackbaud Internet Solutions® when your organization is hosted by Blackbaud.
A reminder that hosted clients will see a change in how internal organization users access Blackbaud Internet Solutions on March 14th 2024.
This change is as follows:

Organization users will only be able to log in to Blackbaud Internet Solutions via Blackbaud CRM

Organization users logging in via any other method such as the website login page or the Login.aspx will encounter a username and password error and will be unable to continue to the website.
Organization users are users which are CRM application users mapped to BBIS website users who manage your organization’s website through the Web feature area.
The log in experience for all other Blackbaud Internet Solutions users (e.g. supporter/donor/alumni) remains unchanged.
This change is automatic on upgrade to Service Pack 35 Hotfix 1 or later; however, we are enforcing this change across all hosted client instances on March 14th 2024 regardless of Service Pack.
