We have now released version 4.0 SP40 (4.0.186.4003), and it is available for download

If Blackbaud hosts your database, please use the CRM Cloud Portal to self-deploy the hotfix to your lower environments. To deploy to production, file a request with Support.



This service pack contains:

  • Fixes for JustGiving and Luminate Online connectors
  • Fixes for admins viewing emails in Blackbaud Internet Solutions where HTML code for the merge field wasn't updating
  • Enhanced Revenue Batch (ERB) issue affecting business units being lost in certain circumstances when the batch was committed has been fixed
  • Splitting large Research Lists, now inherits the owner and permissions from the original batch
  • Real estate listings using Zillow now directly opens to the specific address, improving the experience for reviewing Wealth and Ratings information.
