What's New In Raiser's Edge NXT The Week Of October 24

This week, Raiser's Edge NXT updates with enhancements to help find constituents and change relationship records into constituents. For some of you, you'll also have new navigation bar, where you can search for constituents and manage your resources together!

 
Search for constituents with sound-alike criteria. To help you find the right constituent, searches now include results that sound similar to your criteria. For example, searches for "Smith" now include matches for "Smyth" and other alternative spellings, including those with special characters like tildes and umlauts. For more information, see the Search for Constituents Help.

Change relationship records to constituents. To track additional details about a related individual organization, such as if they donate, participate in an event, or are identified as a prospect, you can now change their record to a constituent record. From the record of the individual or organization, select Change to constituent and choose how they're affiliated with your organization. For more information, see the Related Individuals and Organizations Help.

Find constituents and manage resources from one location (for some of you). As previously discussed, to ease navigation, some of you can now search for constituents and manage multiple resources — including your databases, the database view, your Blackbaud ID, Help content, and other Blackbaud solutions — from where you also access feature areas within Raiser's Edge NXT.
