This post to the SKY Developer / Microsoft Integrations Community answers some of the more pressing questions that users of Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT have brought to authors Austen Brown and Stacy Cope over the past few months. Since December they have been using their skills to help hundreds of other organizations by answering questions and recommending solutions for transforming workflows using Power Automate. Austen and Stacy are database experts from Prenger Solutions Group (the team behind tools like AskGenius and AutomateGenius) -- as well as graduates of our Microsoft Power Platform Accelerator for Raiser’s Edge NXT course.
