Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT Portal Enhancements: Increasing Donor Delight

Last year, Raiser’s Edge NXT released a customizable online portal to help constituents stay connected with your organization.

With the initial release, constituents could:

• Update personal and contact information ensuring that it’s always up to date in your database.
• Save payment methods so their payment information doesn’t have to be entered each time.
• View their life-time giving history.
• Give one-time or recurring gift.
• View their recurring gift schedule and stop future payments.

However, many constituents expect more. They want to know they have complete control of their giving – especially when they spread gifts across multiple payments. To further empower supporters to self-manage their information, and to build trust between them and your organization, the portal now includes additional options to manage recurring gifts.

Constituents can now:

• Edit gift amounts for scheduled payments.
• Edit the frequency and schedule of recurring gifts.
• Skip payments.
• Pause their giving.

They can also email giving statements to themselves for the last calendar year or the year-to-date.
