Didn't get a chance to attend the Raiser’s Edge NXT Product Update Briefing? Want to know what was discussed and highlighted? Now, you can catch what you missed and learn about the future of Raiser’s Edge NXT.

We remain focused on transforming Raiser’s Edge NXT so that you can do all your work in one place—we call this the Total Web Solution (TWS) and also the "unified view." One of the key themes discussed during the Raiser's Edge NXT Product Update Briefing was the importance of planning now to adopt Raiser’s Edge NXT web view features. Proactive planning will help ensure a smooth transition for your team and minimize disruptions along the way.

Start by reviewing and updating your existing workflows, policies, and procedures to align with web view capabilities. Now is the ideal time to explore the web view interface, test how your current processes will shift, and identify any gaps or needs for support. During this transition, some users may continue working in both database view and web view as functionality is being built. By familiarizing yourself with web view today, you have the opportunity to provide feedback and work with us to address any features that may not yet meet your expectations.

Not sure how to start planning for change? We recently delivered a three-part Change Management webinar series designed to guide you and your team through the process.

From Total Web Solution to Unified View: What’s Changing?

You may have heard us use the terms total web solution and unified view in recent conversations about Raiser’s Edge NXT. While both represent the future of the platform, going forward, we'll use the term unified view more often as it better reflects our vision of providing a seamless, intuitive workspace where you can manage all of your work in one place.

What is the timeline for the unified view?

  • By the end of 2025: Key workflows including query, standard reports, and high-speed batch will be fully accessible within the unified view.
  • By the end of 2026: Advanced administrative tools for configurations, import, and export will transition to the unified view, completing the cohesive end-to-end experience.
  • In the first half of 2027: We will begin a phased transition, ensuring all users are working exclusively in the unified view.
