Altru 4.95 upgrades are starting soon. Here are some of the great features you can expect:

Guest Pass Configuration

You can now add guest passes as a benefit to specific membership levels. For example, your highest member level can include four guest passes that can be used at select ticketed programs. You can also issue guest passes directly to constituents for free admission to an upcoming program, or to an organization as a sponsorship benefit.

Redeem Guest Passes

Guest passes can then be redeemed in Daily Sales. Visitors can redeem passes with any mechanism that verifies the pass owner’s identity. For example, a visitor using an employer’s guest pass can present their work ID for admittance, or a member bringing guests can use their member card.

Report and Query on Guest Passes

Use the new Guest Passes report in Sales to evaluate guest pass usage. There are new fields for guest passes in sales order and constituent queries.
