My husband constantly misplaces things. Where are my keys? Have you seen my phone? I always respond with Are you looking in the right place? My three children obviously take after their father. They look for lost tiny things—all over the house, stuffed in small bags, couches, and toy boxes. But, if you name it, I can find it.

I try to keep everyone organized and have deemed myself The Finder Of All Things. But we all need to learn how find things on our own. Right?

Organization and analysis of your data (aka stuff), is somewhat similar. How will you report your year-over-year financials to your executive director? Are you running the right reports to inform stakeholders? Looking for the best way to organize your data? Try using queries to group records together and use for exporting or marketing and communications.
