NXT No solution yet to bulk mailings going to spam

Hello.  Wondering if anyone is still having an issue with NXT bulk emails going to spam.

Back in May our bulk mailings for NXT started going to spam. Prior to that Blackbaud gave us the updated SPF and DKIM.   According to Blackbaud support and a look from our network company our SPF and DKIM records are ok.  Opened a new case with BB support a month ago and sent a gmail that went to spam to see if it helps  Support has been "reviewing the email" for at least 3 weeks now.  Other bulk emails and such from our domain, other than BB NXT bulk mail, are working fine.   -thank you

Get your customer success manager involved, they can help advocate for your org from within BB - including escalating your case to a team that can solve the issue.
