Workflows based on Attributes

Hello!

I am currently working on setting up a Banner Program with my organization, and am workshopping ways to best track who has a banner and when to reach back out for renewal.

My original thought was to link associated giving to an appeal and create a workflow through that, but it does not seem like NXT allows for workflows linked to appeals. My next thought was to create a constituent list linked to a "Banner Recipient" attribute that I could link to a workflow to add an action to the record of anyone who has this attribute. Ideally, we would want an action set 10 months after the attribute was added, but again this does not seem possible in NXT. Does anyone know if is possible to do this in workflows, or if there is a different way of approaching this in NXT that I am potentially missing?

RE Workflow is very basic and does not (likely will not) offer too much more functionalities.

If you want to do something complex, a good option is to use Power Automate. This will require some learning curve, or you can paid a consultant/Blackbaud partner to help.
