Technology keeps evolving and so do the ways we use it. What tools, integrations, or software have you added to your Blackbaud products that leveled up your work, saved you time, or enhanced an experience? What made it a gem?
SmartPaste, Import-o-Matic, Importacular are all great for saving time and making work more efficient.
Power Automate, Importacular, and a second monitor :)

A super big plug for SmartDonorCover and SmartPaste. The good people at @SmartTHING Developers have really developed tools to work around some limitations that exist. I also think Importacular and some of the Omatic Tools are great.
But the best tools are custom made. Custom tiles via SKY, or Power BI dashboards on the homescreen. They take time and skill, but are worth it.
IOM and Power Automate (which basically means you can add anything you want that can be coded)
Power Automate. Can build pretty much anything I can dream up.
Thanks for the thumbs up @Dariel Dixon and others for SmartPASTE. Just a quick note to say we are trialling a new version for NXT, which you can access, again free, in your web browser via the Chrome Web Store (should also work with Edge, Opera and other browsers):
Raiser's Edge Database View………………….RE NXT-Blah.
AppsNXT Constituent Summary Report for one page research profile is AMAZING!
As campy as it sounds: Excel and Tableau. Also, having co-workers that see things differently is huge.
Cant go anywhere without my SmartPaste!
The second monitor made me giggle … so true! I want to dig more into Power Automate.
Ohhhh … thank you this is good to know. I was wondering what I would do after I break up with my database view (sly reference to sessions at BBCON there). This needs to be publicized more, so many of us rely on it!
I literally ran to look up a couple of these :)
RE Database View, ImportOmatic (classic), several custom PowerBI reports.
