Third party application to create Transcripts

We have been using a very old Crystal Reports instance to create our transcripts out of Blackbaud due to a complex grading system. Does anyone have any recommendations for software/programs that they use that directly access Blackbaud grade data?

Interested in the topic, as we are still using the old transcript builder because the new one doesn't allow us to create the transcript we need.

Apparently there is very little interest in this topic. I am trying to fond an alternative, but running onto issues like certian programs require other software in order to run on a Mac, and my school is all macs…
