AI Acknowledgements Stopped Working

Since Monday, I have no longer been able to use the AI Acknowledgements tool in Webview. My admin (who has superuser permissions) can use it, but for me it just hangs and won't load the donor email or generate a message. I get an error message "cannot load data". I also am unable to modify the email template. I have been back and forth with support on this issue and have made sure all my permissions are correct. Tried different browsers, incognito mode, etc. Are any other users experiencing this?

This question is from a couple weeks ago - I hope you've found a resolution. If not, and you haven't already - reach out to support. They're the best ones to go to with an issue like this. Make sure to loop in your CSM/Account Rep so they can escalate the case and advocate for your org from within BB.
