MFA QR code: user doesn't have smart phone

We use Blackbaud Altru as our museum Gift Shop POS and my volunteers have done a great job acclimating to MFA (six digit text) using their phones. Unfortunately one volunteer does NOT use a smartphone and has now been prompted to scan a QR code at log-in, which she cannot do with her phone.

Is there a way to disable this feature WITHOUT scanning a QR code? As we have never used an authentication app, she was unable to log in herself and forced to use my log-in (that did NOT prompt the QR code scan).

Any help is greatly appreciated!
