Limiting who can view Infraction Details

I am attempting to do a little cleanup with our Conduct roles and tasks. I would like to have a small group who can view a student's conduct profile in academics and see infractions BUT I want them to have limited access to information such as any additional notes added and internal comments. I know that I can limit individuals to seeing infractions and consequences in a list format but it feels like a lot of hunting to find what is needed. Does anyone know if this is possible?

I could be wrong, but I don't believe that this is possible. At my school, when I give someone access to conduct infractions, it is all or nothing.
