Online Express Forms - Counties

Why do the membership forms for online express insist on using a categorical/drop down menu for counties, directly linked to the database. This seems like a GDPR issue, as customer information is directly outputted to the website via the form. But equally, means I have to keep a table of counties up to date.

This is not the case for NXT donation forms.

The form has no idea who the donor is within your database until after the data is submitted. If a default value is appearing for county, I recommend looking within the account settings for OLX to see if that can be turned off. Otherwise, not sure if there's anything you can do.
