I’m exploring an integration between Qualtrics and Blackbaud and wanted to check if anyone has experience connecting these two platforms via LTI 1.3 (Learning Tools Interoperability).

Specifically:

  • Has anyone successfully configured Qualtrics as an LTI 1.3 tool within Blackbaud (for example, to embed surveys or feedback forms inside a Blackbaud environment)?
  • Does Blackbaud’s current LTI framework support external tools like Qualtrics for authentication or single sign-on purposes?
  • Are there any recommended approaches or limitations to be aware of when using LTI with Blackbaud’s learning or engagement modules?
