Issues with RedArc Letterbox?

Is anyone else having issues with Letterbox? As of this morning, we can no longer create or send gift acknowledgments or constituent letters. I'm just wondering if it has something to do with the update to RE NXT last night.

I've reached out to both Red Arc and Blackbaud; just curious if it's a widespread issue or not.

Thanks. It was an issue on my end. Someone was cleaning up Action types and deactivated/deleted the default Action type we were using in Letterbox. Because it's a required field in the Letterbox settings, we just needed to add a new default Action type, and everything started working properly again.

OH NOOOOOOO!!!!! I'm glad it was an easy fix but that had to be really frustrating.
