UK charity starting up with major gift fundraising - HELP!

I wonder if there is anyone out there who would be willing to chat to me for 30 minutes about starting out on the right foot with MG fundraising. So far it has been the CEO and one other SLT member doing adhoc asks here and there, with no process or clear targets. I have set up the prospect module, assigned statuses and fundraisers and now I am wondering what next. There is so much to do, I just need some help pinpointing main priorities and trying to keep it simple but effective.🤗
