We have now released version 4.0 SP41 (4.0.186.4105), and it is available for download here.

If Blackbaud hosts your database, please use the CRM Cloud Portal to self-deploy the hotfix to your lower environments. To deploy to production, file a request with Support.

This service pack contains:

  • Enhancements to Award Management Integration
  • Blackbaud Enterprise Fundraising CRM
    • Users with access to multiple environments (test, stage, training), they can now select the environment and configure how to map SSRS user permissions with Blackbaud ID (BBID)
    • SEPA file updates to include country and city which are now mandatory for constituent payment processing
  • Blackbaud Internet Solutions
    • Remember my login option removed from login screens
    • Single Sign On (SSO) authentication for Blackbaud Internet Solutions has now been disabled
    • eReceipts for Payment 2.0 Donation Forms
