Is anyone else having bbms-->nxt batch issues?

It seems that recurring gifts were transfered into batches which I approved today. But none of the one-time gifts have since yesterday morning. BBMS shows the gifts as processed, they just never moved into a batch. I'm hoping it's just a super lag and they appear tomorrow.

Do you utilize the Online Data Review tool? Anything waiting there that needs review?

We are repeatedly getting lags between gifts being accepted through online forms and having them appear in RE NXT batches. They are showing as processed in BBMS on the donation day, and are listed on the donation form "Recent donations" panel - but the gift amount is not a live link, and they do not show up in a batch to be approved.

Over multiple cases support has not been helpful. The "solution" seems to be to just wait… maybe until tomorrow, maybe a week from now.
