Website bots

Hi,

I've noticed that my website has been attracting a high amount of bots. I've add CAPTCHA on all forms. Is there anything else that I should do to try to control this issue? I realize that there are some good bots, but the bots are now about 30% of our website traffic. If anyone has any advice, I'd appreciate it.
