Altru receipt printing delay

We recently switched to Windows 11 and had to purchase new receipt printers. We purchased the ones that are recommended by Blackbaud. There is now a 10-15 second delay in printing receipts. This was not an issue before switching to Windows 11. Support is telling us that it is a Windows 11 issue. Is anyone else having this problem?

    Hi Chandra! We had this issue before with a delay on receipts, especially reprints. Let me know if you are still experiencing the delay and I am happy to dig for my notes on how we were able to fix the problem. We use Windows 11 and print to Epson TM-T88V printers.
