Can parents not identify which charge they are paying for?

When a parent selects Make Payment in either the current bill or statement section of the billing portal, is there no way for them to select which charge(s) the payment is to be applied to?

Hi @Kayla Euler Parents can make a payment for a Past due amount, Current due amount or another amount. There is no option to select which charge the payment is for.
