Opt-Ins tracked in RENXT

Hi All, would really appreciate suggestions/feedback on this topic.

When constituents opt-out of email communications, it's tracked under the Email Consents section under the Bio 1 tab.

When there's a request to opt-in, we send the UnBlockMe email.

How can we confirm the constituent actually clicked through to complete this process? Where is this information tracked?

Would think this process should be recorded under the Bio 1 Consents section as well to ensure the organization is in compliance with Opt-out/out-in regulations.
