Can Event registration form be sent to specific individuals using a query instead of embedding it on the website for everyone?

We would like to use NXT event registration form for the first time to send an invite for an event. Is it possible to send the embedded link to specific individuals (members of different societies) using queries instead of posting the link on the website.

    Thanks

What you want to do can be done (as long as you are not looking for specific individual's information pre-filled out in the form) via Power Automate by creating an automation. Otherwise, RE NXT by default can't do this.

  • Can you just put the form on your website but without any links to it from any other pages on the website, turn off inclusion for search engines in its setup, and then just send an email to those in your query with the url to the page? I know I do that with my own website and it has worked well. Or perhaps I've misunderstood your question?

If you're using WV Event Forms, you can generate a link directly to the form instead of embedding it on your website. You could send an email only to the specific groups with a link to the form. That way the only people that have the form are the people you've given it to.
