Generations of Alumni

We are a 150 year old high school. Are there any shortcuts to report on families with the most generations, families with the most total alumni, or longest continuous span of same family alumni?

@Joy Prevost Wouldnt' that be nice. We have been looking at some of that same type of info. Unfortunately unless every record is tied together with relationships or coded with an attribute or something, I'm not aware of any way to pull a report from RE.
