Interaction Category and Subcategory Sort order

Can one change the sort order from Alpha Order to User Defined for Interaction Categories and Subcategories like you can with values in Code tables.

I see you can change the sort order of the Subcategories when you initially set up the Category, but can you change the display order of the Categories themselves?

    It seeems as though you can only change the Sort order of the Categories but not the Subcategories.
