Reapply and Re-Enable

​I've had two situations recently where a parent who applied to a previous year asked to have their disabled account restored. The account was disabled when we inactivated the candidate, so I enabled the account and then realized I also needed to "reapply" the candidate to the new entering year. 


It's possible I just did this out of order, but in both cases when I impersonated the "Unregistered" parent after processing the reapply, all was well, but when I impersonated the "Registered" parent, I would see this error message:​

​​​I contacted support the first time I experienced this, and while on the call, I refreshed the screen one more time and the error resolved itself. I'm assuming this one will eventually resolve as well, but I'm wondering if anyone else has encountered this, and if there was a better way to do this so that we don't need to wait out this error?
