Matching Gifts
When running a report, the one time gift and matching gift are not totaled in the export (it used to be). Is there something we're missing? Also, matching gifts no longer appear in the record giving history box, we have to click work with gifts to view matches.

One has always had to click "work with gifts" in order to see matches. So, while frustrating, is not new behavior.
If you can share your export criteria we can help you troubleshoot. I recommend sharing screenshots showing all your settings for matching gifts and the gift types you are including for your gift criteria. Is this a gift export or a constituent export?1
