Inactivating Contact Relationships
What is the best practice for ending a Contact Relationship? Do you find it sufficient to simply add an End date to the Relationship record, or do you also uncheck the "Is Contact" box. Are their functionality impacts either way, i.e. if you leave the Contact indicator as is and therefore you should take that extra step; or is the End date sufficient.
