Online Donation Form-Direct Debit

We received a recurring donation via an online donation form for a direct debit. The gift is in NXT and I approved the batch, however I don't see the direct debit payment when I look at our Merchant Services account. We have received a direct debit donation in the past, but this is the first one that is set up as recurring. Am I missing something we need to do for that payment to show under Merchant Services?

There is a processing timing difference with direct debit vs. credit cards. Credit cards are more immediate whereas debits can take a few days to show in BBMS. I bet if you check now you'll see it!
