Introducing our new instructor-led course in the Blackbaud University course catalogue: Altru Essentials.  

This 60-minute introductory session led by a Blackbaud Altru® expert walks through essential workflows to help you effectively manage your organization’s data and engage with your patrons. You’ll see how to navigate key areas of the system, including constituent management, daily sales, memberships, and reporting—so you can begin using Altru with confidence right away. 

By the end of this session, you will be able to: 

  • Create and update constituent records 
  • Navigate and use the Daily Sales screen 
  • Build and run an ad hoc query 
  • Run standard reports to access and analyze data 

So, whether you’re new to your organization, your organization just started using Altru, or you just want to shore up your foundational skills and gain confidence in the system, this course has you covered.
