Looking for early career nonprofit professionals to help shape the future of nonprofit CRM tools 🌱 $60 thank you for your time

Are you early in your career and using (or learning to use) nonprofit CRM tools like Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT? We’d love to hear from you.

Or if you aren’t early in your career, but have a colleague who is, please forward this post to them!

The Blackbaud User Experience Research team is running a research study focused on early‑career nonprofit professionals—including fundraisers, database administrators, and volunteers—to better understand how you learn, work, and grow in your role.

What’s this about?

We’re exploring how early‑career users approach CRM tools today, what’s working well, what’s challenging, and where better support, guidance, or product experiences could make a real difference.

What participation looks like:

  • A 60‑minute, 1:1 remote conversation with a Blackbaud researcher
  • No prep required—we will be discussing your experiences, including a virtual white-boarding activity
  • Session is focus on your role, workflows, and perspectives, not performance

Who we’re looking for:

  • Early‑career nonprofit professionals
  • Roles such as fundraising, development operations, database administration, or volunteer support in those areas

Why participate?

Your feedback directly influences how Blackbaud designs and evolves products to better support our users. As a thank you, participants will receive $60 to be chosen from a variety of options.

Thanks for helping us build better tools for the next generation of nonprofit professionals!
